Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if a project is canceled before completion. Work completed will be billed proportionately.

Third-Party Costs

External platform payments

Payments made to third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting, tools, etc.) are non-refundable. These costs are spent on your behalf.

Timeline for refund approval

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Work Not Yet Started

If you request a refund before any work has commenced on your project, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally made duplicate payments, we will process a refund for the extra payment immediately.

Payment Error

If a payment error occurred due to our system or billing mistake, a full refund will be processed promptly.

Early Project Cancellation

If you cancel a project before completion, partial refunds may be issued based on completed work proportions.

Third-Party Costs & Payments

Payments made to third-party platforms and services are non-refundable. These costs are incurred on your behalf for services such as:

Google Ads spend

Meta/Facebook Ads spend

Web hosting & domain

Premium tools & software

Email service providers

Analytics platforms

Design tools & licenses

Cloud infrastructure

API subscriptions

Once these payments are made to third-party platforms, they cannot be recovered or refunded. Please discuss budget allocation before we proceed with any paid services.
